Students of JUFE-NYIT MBA Program Visited Yonyou Group
Students of 15th Cohort JUFE-NYIT joint MBA program gathered in Beijing to study the course Leadership from October 23 to 25. Zhou Mei, dean of MBA School, Xie Jing, executive deputy director of the International Business Research Center of New York Institute of Technology (NYIT), together with eighty students took part in this activity.
The group visited Yonyou Group in the afternoon of October 23rd. They first listened to introduction to the whole Yonyou Park. Just like Google in China, Yonyou Park boasts off almost all the daily necessary facilities and supplies, such as employee dormitory, supermarket, laundry and kindergarten. After seeing around, students went to meeting hall to listen to the speeches delivered by Wang Wenjing, chairman of Yonyou and other senior executives.
The person in charge of Yonyou New Road College made a brief introduction to the company’s efforts and outcomes in ERP personnel training. Mr. Yang, the chief operating officer of Yonyou, introduced leading products and technologies in the meeting.
Later, Zhou presented Wang with a special gift—a video which recorded Wang’s visit to America. Zhou said, this fellowship activity was of great value because it was the first time to open mobile classroom of both parties since the beginning of the program. The mobile classroom creatively combined learning with practice to enable students to exchange experience face to face with excellent enterprises and managers nationwide. Through these vivid cases in mobile classroom, students of the two parties can have a better communication with each other and practically experience the essence of management of corporations.
At last, the alumni representative of 13th Cohort program presented to Yonyou a poetry figure painting Fo Shi Chan Xin. Mr. Wang granted excellent students his writings with his signatures.
